What happens when the product disappears after midnight? I want to buy a Deal that I saw on DazliK last week!
Sorry, you missed a great deal! You can only buy current deals that are available on the website and App now.

What do you mean by "disappears after midnight"?
It’s simple:

  1. We find you a great product at an amazing price.
  2. We release it on our website at Midnight Kuwait time (00:00 am).
  3. People like it and start buying it.
  4. The product is removed when:
    • 24 hours have passed (i.e., 11:59 pm Kuwait time)
    • Or the product sells out.

Do I need to register on DazliK before buying a deal?
No, you can buy as a "Guest." However, we advise creating an account to save your address and invoices for faster checkouts.

Which countries does DazliK serve?
Currently, DazliK serves customers in Kuwait. More countries will be added soon.

What payment options are available on DazliK?
We accept the following payment methods:

Sorry, you cannot pick up your order as we already ship it directly.

Tracking is not available in Kuwait, as we deliver within 48 hours.

Can I ship to a different address than the one I previously shipped to?
Yes, you can. Simply add a new address during the checkout process by selecting the "Add New Address" option.
